Job Description:
The Fresher Safety Officer will support the HSE team in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on the land rig. This role provides training and practical experience in safety supervision and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor safety compliance across rig operations
Assist in safety drills, toolbox talks, and HSE meetings
Report unsafe practices or hazards to supervisors
Support incident reporting and documentation
Learn and apply HSE regulations under senior guidance
Requirements:
Open to freshers with interest in HSE career path
Educational background in safety, engineering, or related field preferred
Strong observation and communication skills
Medical fitness certificate
Basic English communication skills
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: Rotation 21 days on / 21 days off
