Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Roustabout to join our team on a Production Platform operating in the Dutch North Sea. This is a permanent staff position with a standard offshore rotation (e.g., 2/3 or 2/4). The role is critical for supporting day-to-day deck operations, logistics, and maintenance in a dynamic offshore environment. The successful candidate will be part of a safety-driven team ensuring efficient and compliant platform activities.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Supporting all deck operations: loading/unloading supply vessels, rigging, banksman/slinger duties for lifting operations.
· Performing general maintenance and housekeeping: cleaning, sandblasting, painting, and greasing.
· Assisting with drill floor operations, tool handling, and waste management according to environmental procedures.
· Conducting LMRA (Last Minute Risk Assessment) and adhering to the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
· Acting as Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) when assigned to ensure safe helideck operations.

Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates (or equivalent national standards as applicable for Dutch sector).
· Valid offshore medical fitness certificate (OGUK/NOGEPA).
· Proficiency in English communication.
· Excellent command of the Dutch language is mandatory.
· Offshore, maritime, or heavy-industry experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong safety mindset and physical fitness are considered.
· Mandatory Certifications (to be obtained before mobilization if not held):
· BOSIET/FOET with HUET
· OPITO Banksman & Slinger
· NOGEPA 2.6 (Firefighting Team Member)
· NOGEPA 1.1 (Helicopter Landing Officer)
· VCA VOL (or equivalent, e.g., SCC)
