Job Description:
The company is currently seeking motivated Roustabouts to join its offshore drilling fleet. Reporting directly to the Rig Superintendent, the Roustabout supports daily drilling operations by performing general labor, cargo handling, rig maintenance, and operational support activities.
This position is ideal for entry-level candidates or individuals with limited offshore experience who are physically fit and eager to develop a career in the drilling industry. The role requires working in demanding outdoor conditions while maintaining strict compliance with company HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform general rig maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning duties.
Assist with loading, unloading, and handling equipment, materials, and supplies.
Support drilling crews during rig-up, rig-down, and daily operational activities.
Operate safely in accordance with company HSE policies and procedures.
Assist other departments as required to ensure safe and efficient rig operations.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience performing physically demanding outdoor work is preferred.
Previous oilfield or drilling experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety.
