Job Description:
Team Recruitment is seeking experienced Roustabouts for upcoming offshore drilling projects in the North Sea.
The Roustabout will support general deck and drilling rig operations, assisting with cargo handling, equipment movement, maintenance activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment onboard the offshore installation.
The successful candidate must have previous offshore drilling experience and hold all required offshore safety certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist with deck operations, cargo handling, and equipment movements.
Support drilling departments with general rig operations.
Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, and preparation tasks.
Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment.
Follow all HSE procedures and offshore safety requirements.
Requirements:
Valid offshore certificates
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous offshore drilling experience required
Experience working onboard offshore drilling rigs preferred
Ability to work safely in a multicultural offshore environment
