Job Description:
We are currently recruiting Roustabouts to join an Offshore Drilling Rig project in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time opportunity within the Oil & Gas sector for motivated candidates looking to develop their careers in drilling operations.
The successful candidate will support daily rig activities, assist various departments, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and contribute to efficient drilling operations while following company HSE policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform general labor duties on and around the drilling rig to support daily operations.
Assist the Derrickman with mixing drilling chemicals and mud preparation.
Support Floormen during rig floor operations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist Electricians, Mechanics, Forklift Operators, and Crane Operators when required.
Participate in safety meetings, emergency drills, and company safety programs.
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all HSE procedures.
Report accidents, incidents, hazards, and near misses to the immediate supervisor.
Provide clear hand signals during lifting and material handling operations.
Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors to ensure safe and efficient rig operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred (less than 1 year experience accepted).
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Basic safety training relevant to drilling operations is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and offshore/onshore environments.
