Job Description:
The Fresher Roustabout position is an entry-level opportunity to begin a career in land rig operations. The role involves supporting general rig activities, assisting experienced crew members, and ensuring safe and efficient operations on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in rig floor and deck operations under supervision
Carry out general labor tasks such as cleaning, painting, and equipment handling
Support mechanics, drillers, and crane operators as needed
Follow all safety rules and emergency procedures
Learn rig operations and safety standards through on-the-job training
Requirements:
No prior offshore/onshore experience required (freshers welcome)
Physically fit and able to work in challenging field conditions
Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
Medical fitness certificate
Basic English communication skills
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: Rotation 21 days on / 21 days off
