Candidates must possess valid well control certification and hands-on experience in drilling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, main duties will vary by position but generally include:

· Performing assigned operational, maintenance, and safety tasks specific to the drilling crew or support role.

· Strictly adhering to all safety procedures, with a special emphasis on well control protocols.

· Ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of drilling and associated equipment.

· Supporting crew members and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.

Requirements:

· Valid IWCF certificate (Mandatory).

· Medical fitness certificate suitable for remote/desert operations.

· Proficiency in English communication.

· Relevant experience in the specific applied role (e.g., Driller, Derrickman, Welder, etc.).

· For RSTC: Valid NEBOSH certification is required.
