Roustabout / Deckhand for Offshore Project (EU)

Job Description:
TOS is looking for experienced Offshore Roustabouts and Deckhands to join various offshore projects across Europe. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the deck department and carrying out a wide range of deck-related activities as part of a professional offshore crew.
TOS's clients operate different types of offshore vessels, including heavy lift vessels, construction vessels, dredging vessels, and drilling barges, supporting lifting and installation projects within the Oil & Gas and Wind industries. The role requires a strong focus on precision, communication, teamwork, and safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform general deck operations and assist with day-to-day deck activities.
Support lifting, cargo handling, rigging, and other offshore operations.
Assist with maintenance and housekeeping of deck areas and equipment.
Work closely with the deck team to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Follow company policies, offshore safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors.

Requirements:
Previous experience as an Offshore Roustabout or Deckhand
Valid BOSIET certificate
Valid CA-EBS certification
Valid Offshore Medical / OGUK Medical
Banksman & Slinger certification
MIST certification
HERTM, or HLO combined with Fire Fighting Team Member certification
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work safely in an offshore environment
Relevant STCW and seafarer's documents as applicable

Vessel Types: Heavy Lift, Construction, Dredging Vessels and Drilling Barges
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off
Contract: Offshore assignments with TOS clients
