The Roughneck performs general labor and assists with drilling operations, ensuring the team works safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drilling operations and rig maintenance
• Handle drilling equipment and materials safely
• Maintain rig site cleanliness and organization
• Follow HSE procedures at all times
• Support drillers, motor hands, and tank hands as needed

• Experience in drilling or construction-related fieldwork
• Physical strength and stamina for manual labor
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
