Job Description:
We are looking for qualified and experienced Riggers to support offshore wind construction and installation activities in the Baltic Sea.
The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and executing lifting operations, handling loads, and assisting crane operators during offshore lifting and installation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing lifting equipment and rigging gear for offshore lifting operations.
• Attaching, securing, and guiding loads during lifting activities.
• Assisting crane operators and lifting supervisors.
• Inspecting slings, shackles, and other lifting accessories before use.
• Ensuring all lifting activities comply with approved lifting plans and HSE procedures.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Rigger.
• Valid Rigger certification relevant to offshore operations.
• Experience in offshore construction or wind projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of lifting operations and rigging equipment.
• Valid offshore safety certifications.
• Good English communication and teamwork skills.
