Job Description
Team Recruitment is seeking skilled Welders for offshore and shipyard assignments available during early November 2026.
The successful candidate will carry out welding, fabrication, repair, and maintenance work in accordance with project specifications and established safety standards.
Candidates with relevant industrial, marine, shipyard, or offshore welding experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out welding and fabrication work according to job specifications.
- Prepare materials, joints, and metal surfaces before welding.
- Repair and maintain metal structures, components, and equipment.
- Inspect completed welds and identify defects.
- Use welding equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
- Follow approved welding procedures and hot-work permit requirements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete work efficiently.
- Follow applicable HSE procedures and use required protective equipment.
Requirements
- Proven professional welding experience.
- Relevant welding qualifications and valid welding certifications appropriate to the assignment.
- Previous marine, offshore, industrial, or shipyard experience preferred.
- Knowledge of welding procedures, metal preparation, fabrication, and repair.
- Ability to follow technical specifications and safety instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid offshore safety training and medical certification, where required.
- Availability for mobilisation during early November 2026.
