Company Overview:
Geotium is seeking an experienced Welder to support offshore drilling operations for a project in Sarawak, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding and fabrication tasks on offshore equipment and structures.
Carry out maintenance and repair of drilling rig steelwork.
Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
Conduct welding in line with safety and quality standards.
Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
Certified Welder with offshore experience.
Knowledge of offshore welding procedures and safety rules.
Valid offshore survival (BOSIET/FOET with HUET) and medical certificates.
Ability to work in a high-pressure offshore environment.
Employment Details:
Contract Type: Offshore rotational (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off).
Location: Offshore Sarawak, Malaysia.
