Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals across multiple disciplines to support large-scale oil and gas construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe and efficient execution of daily operations on oil and gas construction sites
• Compliance with international and company HSE standards
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (mechanical/electrical/instrumentation as per role)
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams for smooth project execution
• Documentation, reporting, and support in audits/inspections
• Supervising and mentoring junior crew members where applicable
Requirements:
Valid offshore medical certificate
• Relevant offshore / oil & gas certifications (e.g. BOSIET, HUET, H2S, STCW where applicable)
• Position-relevant trade licenses, qualifications, or engineering degrees
• Proven experience in oil & gas construction projects (minimum 2–5 years, varies by role)
• Proficiency in English communication (written & spoken)
• Safety-focused mindset and strong teamwork skills

Employment Details:
• Location: UAE (offshore & onshore construction sites)
• Contract Duration: Long-term project contracts (6–12 months, renewable)
• Rotation: Standard offshore rotations (e.g., 6 weeks on/off)
