Training & Development Manager for Oil and Gas Project ( Saudi Arabia)
As Training & Development Manager your objective will be to maximize potential across employees.
Other duties include;
*Preparation of training strategy and budget to meet the Company's learning and skill development needs
*Assessment of training requirements for the organization
*Identify T&D needs within the business through job analysis
*Ensure efficiency of T & D through with an effective mix of classroom, blended and online learning methods
*Provide regular business skills courses
*Create and maintain an E-learning resource for all departments.
The successful candidate will have a solid background within a training/learning & development role.
Other requirements are;
* Degree qualified - essential
* Minimum 10 years' experience within a training role within the GCC - essential
* Excellent communication skills- essential
* Fluency in English - essential
* Oil & Gas sector experience - highly desirable
