Job Description
Ogenus Offshore is currently seeking an experienced Ordinary Seaman (OS) / Able Seaman (AB) to join a trusted client for an upcoming Drillship Reactivation Project in the Las Palmas area.
The assignment is expected to last approximately 28 days. Candidates must be available for immediate mobilisation and hold valid offshore safety and medical certification required for the project.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist with general deck operations and maintenance activities during the drillship reactivation.
- Support mooring, cargo-handling, lifting, and other deck operations as directed.
- Assist with cleaning, painting, preservation, and preparation of deck areas and equipment.
- Follow instructions from the Bosun and Deck Officers and maintain safe working practices.
- Comply with all offshore HSE procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as OS / AB
- Valid BOSIET
- Valid OEUK Medical Certificate
- Relevant offshore or drillship experience is an advantage
- Valid passport and seaman’s book
- Proficiency in English communication
- Availability to mobilise ASAP
