Job Description
Team Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Radio Operator for an upcoming offshore assignment in the Netherlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing offshore communications, maintaining radio operations, coordinating personnel movements, supporting emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with offshore communication and safety standards.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced offshore Radio Operators who hold all required offshore certifications and are available for immediate mobilization.

Radio Operator
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor offshore radio and communication systems
Maintain radio logs and communication records
Coordinate vessel and offshore installation communications
Support Personnel on Board (POB) management
Monitor weather reports and provide meteorological information
Assist with emergency communications during drills and incidents
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE policies and communication procedures
Maintain communication equipment in operational condition
Support offshore administrative and operational reporting
Requirements
Previous experience as an Offshore Radio Operator
Valid BOSIET or FOET
Valid CA-EBS
Valid MIST or VCA
Valid H2S Certificate
Dangerous Goods Awareness Course Certificate
Valid CAA Radio Licence
POB Management Training
Meteorological Certificate
Valid offshore medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong knowledge of offshore communication systems
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
