Job Description:
Granite Recruitment is a trusted provider of experienced operational drill crew to drilling contractors both in the UK and abroad. We supply personnel for fixed platforms, semi-submersibles, jack-ups, and drill ships. Our complete solution covers all drilling, support, and maintenance crew roles to ensure safe and efficient offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing safe and efficient drilling operations as per assigned role
• Ensuring compliance with international offshore safety regulations
• Supporting maintenance and technical operations on board
• Promoting teamwork and effective communication across departments
Requirements:
• Relevant offshore experience in the applied position
• Valid offshore survival and medical fitness certificates
• OPITO or STCW-approved training (depending on role)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 2–3 years of offshore drilling experience in a similar position (preferred)
Employment Details:
• Position: Radio Operator
• Contract Duration: Rotational (e.g. 28/28, 35/35, or project-based)
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and rank
