We are seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead offshore operations, manage marine installation activities, and ensure safe execution of all vessel and deck operations.
This role requires extensive offshore leadership experience and a strong commitment to safety.
• Oversee all offshore operations and crew activities
• Ensure safe marine installation and deck procedures
• Lead emergency response and safety management
• Coordinate work between marine, deck, crane, and engineering teams
• Maintain compliance with offshore and company safety standards
• Valid STCW (management level)
• Offshore medical
• BOSIET / FOET
• Proven OIM or senior offshore management experience
• Strong English communication
• Documents valid minimum 18 months
