Job Description:
Advance Global Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Offshore Installation Manager for a 3-week offshore project in Norway, with mobilization starting 15 July.
The OIM will be responsible for the overall safe, efficient, and compliant management of the offshore installation, ensuring personnel safety, operational integrity, and successful execution of all offshore activities. The role includes leading the offshore team, coordinating emergency response, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring safe and reliable operations throughout the project.
Requirements:
Minimum previous experience as Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) on offshore drilling installations
GMDSS GOC (Global Maritime Distress and Safety System General Operator Certificate)
Major Emergency Management (MEM) Course Certificate
Marshall Islands Endorsement – Offshore Installation Manager
Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) Licensing (IMO Resolution A1079(28)) Certificate
OPITO OIM Controlling Emergencies Assessment
OPEP Training Level 1 – Offshore On-Scene Commander (BEIS)
Stability Training Certificate
Well Control Level 4 Combined (Supervisory) Certificate
Must be UK or EU based
Strong leadership, communication, and offshore management skills
