Job Description:
The role involves full operational responsibility for offshore installation activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all onboard operations. The position requires strong leadership experience on complex offshore installations within the oil & gas or offshore wind sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Full command and operational control of offshore installation activities
• Ensuring safety of all personnel onboard and compliance with HSE regulations
• Coordinating all marine, installation, and support operations
• Acting as main liaison between offshore crew and onshore management
• Managing emergency response procedures and crisis situations
• Overseeing planning, execution, and reporting of offshore installation projects
• Ensuring operational readiness of equipment and systems onboard

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid offshore medical certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Proven experience as Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) or senior offshore command role on jack-up vessels
• Strong background in offshore installation, construction, or decommissioning projects
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills
• Additional offshore safety certifications (BOSIET / FOET / HUET / CA-EBS depending on project requirements)

• Contract Duration: Rotation (typically 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off or project-based assignment)
