Job Description:
We are hiring experienced personnel to join Drillship offshore operations. The project involves offshore drilling and marine support activities and requires highly skilled professionals capable of working in a high-performance, safety-driven environment.
Only experienced crew are accepted — no entry-level candidates or fresh graduates will be considered. The primary opening is for the position of Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), with possible additional roles depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee and manage all offshore drilling and marine operations onboard the drillship.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate operational activities between marine, drilling, and technical departments.
• Lead emergency response and safety management systems.
• Maintain operational reporting and documentation.

Requirements:
• Experienced crew only (no entry-level / no fresh graduates)
• Valid OPITO BOSIET certificate
• Basic Firefighting Certificate
• Basic First Aid Certificate
• ACLS & ATLS Certification (for Medic positions, if applicable)
• Ballast Control Certificate (for DPO positions, if applicable)
• Valid 2nd Officer License (for DPO applicants)
• Well Control / Blowout Prevention certification (for Senior Drilling Crew)
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
