Job Description:
DMC Offshore is urgently recruiting an experienced Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for an upcoming Jack-Up Drilling Rig project in Croatia.
The successful candidate will oversee the overall operation and management of the offshore installation, ensuring safe and efficient operations in accordance with company procedures, applicable regulations, and project requirements.
Croatian candidates are particularly encouraged to apply. Candidates from other EU countries are also welcome, provided they hold or are eligible to obtain a valid A1 certificate.
The assignment is expected to last approximately 60–90 days, with mobilisation as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Oversee the overall operation and management of the offshore installation.
• Supervise offshore personnel and coordinate drilling, marine, technical, and support operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company procedures, and project regulations.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and ensure effective implementation of safety procedures.
• Coordinate with shore-based management and project representatives while monitoring operational performance.

Requirements:
• Relevant experience as an OIM or in a comparable offshore management position.
• Previous offshore drilling rig experience.
• Appropriate OIM competency qualifications and professional certificates.
• Valid offshore safety training and medical certification, as required by the project.
• Good English communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent safety awareness and decision-making skills.
• Croatian candidates particularly encouraged to apply.

• Availability for immediate mobilisation and the full 60–90-day assignment.
