Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Motorman to join a Jack-Up Rig operating in Japan. The successful candidate will support engine room operations, machinery maintenance, and the safe functioning of onboard mechanical systems. This role is suited to professionals with previous jack-up rig experience who can mobilize immediately for offshore assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Assisting engineering officers with engine room operations and maintenance
• Monitoring machinery and auxiliary equipment during assigned watches
• Performing routine inspections and reporting technical issues
• Supporting preventive maintenance and repair activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• EU or UK Nationals only
• Previous Jack-Up Rig experience is essential
• Valid offshore certifications relevant to the position
• Availability for immediate mobilization
