Job Description:
PG Global is recruiting an experienced Motorman to join a Drillship operating in Turkey. The position is for a short-term assignment starting 1 November 2026, with an expected duration of 2–3 weeks. Previous drilling experience is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assist the engineering department with daily engine-room operations.
- Carry out routine machinery maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
- Monitor and report the condition of machinery and equipment.
- Assist engineers during maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow all onboard safety, environmental, and drilling-unit procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Valid seafarer documents.
- Good English communication skills.
- Relevant experience as a Motorman.
- Previous drilling experience is essential.
- Experience onboard Drillships is highly relevant.
- Available to start 1 November 2026.
