Job Description:
Ventia is looking for a skilled Motorhand to maintain and operate the mechanical systems of onshore rigs, ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspecting and maintaining rig engines and mechanical systems.
• Monitoring fuel, oil, and coolant levels.
• Reporting equipment faults to supervisors.
• Assisting with rig mobilization and demobilization.
• Supporting safety and environmental compliance.
Requirements:
• Technical or mechanical background preferred.
• Valid trade certifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Previous experience in drilling or heavy equipment maintenance.
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Long-term rotation (3:3 or 2:2).
