As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Performing assigned drilling, rig floor, or well operation tasks depending on position
• Operating equipment safely and efficiently according to drilling procedures
• Supporting rig operations, maintenance, and daily inspections
• Assisting in lifting operations, pipe handling, and rig-up/rig-down activities
• Maintaining a safe work environment and following all HSE guidelines

• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant oil & gas drilling experience for applied role
• Additional certifications (IWCF / IADC / Rig Pass) preferred for senior roles
