Job Description:
The Chief Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all mechanical systems and equipment on the drilling rig. The position ensures that all machinery operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance of rig engines, pumps, compressors, and generators
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions promptly
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Maintain inventory and ensure availability of spare parts
• Supervise and train mechanics and motormen

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in rig mechanical maintenance
• Background in land or offshore drilling operations
• Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and rig machinery
• Valid technical and safety certifications
• Good English communication skills
