Job Description
TOS People is seeking an experienced Master to take overall command of an FPSO or similar offshore vessel, ensuring safe navigation, vessel operations, and compliance with company procedures and applicable maritime regulations.
Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Maintain overall command and responsibility for the vessel and crew.
- Ensure safe navigation and offshore operations.
- Supervise deck operations and coordinate with relevant offshore teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maritime regulations.
- Maintain operational records and report incidents as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same rank and on the same or similar vessel type: FSO, FPSO, large offshore vessel, or tanker.
- Good English communication skills.
- Valid BOSIET, FOET, and AOT/BOCT certificates as required.
- Valid Master’s Certificate of Competency and relevant STCW certificates.
- Valid offshore medical certificate and seafarer documents as applicable.
