Job Description:
GP Solution is seeking experienced Captains / Masters for offshore and maritime operations across Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe vessel navigation, crew management, and ensuring full compliance with international maritime standards on offshore support vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Command and navigate the vessel in compliance with IMO and company policies.
• Supervise all onboard operations including cargo, stability, and safety.
• Ensure crew discipline, welfare, and training.
• Maintain all statutory certifications and logbooks.
• Liaise with port authorities, charterers, and clients during operations.
Requirements:
• Valid Master (Unlimited) CoC and STCW certificates.
• Minimum 5 years of command experience on offshore or support vessels.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of DP operations is an advantage.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 3–6 months rotation.
