Job Description:
The Wireline Manager will lead and oversee all wireline operations within the company’s onshore oil and gas exploration division. This role requires extensive technical experience and strong leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality well intervention and data acquisition services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of wireline operations and service delivery
• Supervise engineering teams and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Oversee planning, mobilization, and execution of well logging and intervention jobs
• Review operational performance and implement continuous improvement measures
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and personnel development plans

Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in wireline operations, including managerial roles
• In-depth understanding of both open-hole and cased-hole services
• Valid industry and safety certifications
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills
