Job Description:
The Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing all laboratory activities related to drilling fluids, including quality control, testing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage laboratory operations and staff
• Ensure accurate testing of drilling fluids and chemicals
• Maintain calibration and certification of laboratory equipment
• Prepare technical reports and performance documentation
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards

Requirements:
• Degree in Chemistry, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in drilling fluids laboratory management
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluids testing and analysis
• English proficiency required
• Offshore experience preferred
