Job Description:
UFirst Energy Group, a multinational Chinese company, is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to oversee Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental operations for ongoing oil & gas projects in Iraq. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth safety knowledge, and adherence to international HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE management systems and policies.
• Conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Lead safety training sessions for field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
• Report and investigate incidents, recommending corrective actions.
Requirements:
• 10–15 years of experience in HSE management in oil & gas.
• Valid HSE and safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
