Job Description:
The HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) Manager will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of all safety and environmental management systems for drilling operations in Iraq.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSSE management systems in line with company policies
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on rigs and camps
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Train and mentor staff on safety practices and emergency response
• Liaise with local authorities and clients regarding safety compliance

Requirements:
• 10–12 years of HSSE experience in drilling or oil & gas operations
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO, OSHA, API)
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
