Position: Field-Based Rig Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Description:
Oversees the entire rig operation, ensuring safe and efficient drilling activities while coordinating all crew and support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily rig operations
• Coordinate with drilling supervisors, engineers, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and technical standards
• Maintain operational records and reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience on onshore rigs
• Valid IWCF or equivalent certification
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
