Job Description:
The Drilling Manager will provide overall leadership and management of drilling projects, ensuring safe delivery of well objectives within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the drilling department
• Develop drilling strategies and programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Manage budgets, costs, and contractor performance
• Report to senior company leadership
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in drilling management roles
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• IWCF and offshore experience
