Job Description:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Drilling oversees drilling operations, providing strategic guidance and operational leadership for the water well project. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations.
• Ensure HSE compliance and operational excellence.
• Lead planning and execution of project drilling activities.
• Support budget, scheduling, and resource management.
• Mentor and guide the drilling management team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of drilling experience, with leadership in water well projects.
• Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and project management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
