Location: Offshore (FPSO Project)
Job Description: We’re hiring a QA/QC Painting Inspector to join an offshore FPSO project. The role involves ensuring quality assurance and quality control across fabrication, integration, and commissioning activities. The inspector will ensure that all coating and painting works comply with project specifications, applicable international codes, and client requirements. This is a rotational offshore position with a 4/4 work schedule.
Key Responsibilities: As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to: • Perform QA/QC inspections of painting and coating activities onboard FPSO units
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements
• Monitor surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation
• Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Requirements: • Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum experience in QA/QC Painting Inspection in offshore or FPSO projects preferred
• Knowledge of relevant coating standards and inspection procedures
