INDIAN NATIONALS QA QC Inspector- Electrical (Long Term) a) Must have more than 10 years’ experience in maintenance work in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Power Generation industry. b) Educational qualifications: HND in Electrical or Instrument discipline or additional standards-based qualification c) Must have Minimum 5 years in QA/QC inspection position. d) Must be able to stand in for E&I QA/QC Engineer for short period (<30 Days) e) Must have a sound understanding of how a QA/QC structure with embedded lessons learnt can provide the foundations of high-quality Maintenance Execution. f) Must be able to read, write and speak English (IELTS 6 Equivalent) and to be able to communicate with the majority manpower in their language. g) Must be able to work with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages. h) Must have a diploma or equivalent in QA/QC Management and working knowledge of ISO 9001-2000 and 14001 systems. i) Must be capable of managing and executing QA/QC audits & Quality Plan. j) Must be capable of developing and interpreting the QA/QC related procedures and guidelines and actively pursue all staff to adhere to the QA/QC standards. k) Must be capable of training staff in QA/QC procedures. l) Must be able to develop reporting for QA/QC statistics, and KPIs. m) Must be able to deploy and manage end to end QA/QC sheets from Scoping to uploading to AIMS or AVIVA on behalf of the CONTRACTOR. n) Preferably have experience in facilitation of Root Cause Analysis. o) Responsible for leading the QA/QC effort in the Contractor’s area of responsibility
