The Drilling SHE Advisor Level 1 supports safe drilling operations by implementing and monitoring company Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) programs at the rig site. The role ensures all drilling activities comply with local regulations and corporate HSE standards, providing field-level guidance and reporting on safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures during drilling operations.
• Conduct daily inspections and hazard assessments on site.
• Support emergency response plans and drills.
• Promote safety culture and provide HSE training to rig personnel.
• Assist in incident investigations and prepare reports.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drilling HSE roles (onshore/offshore).
• Valid offshore survival and medical certificates.
• Strong knowledge of OIMS, ISO 14001, and relevant HSE systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline preferred.
