Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to support offshore wind construction and commissioning activities in the Baltic Sea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout offshore project operations, advising personnel and supervisors, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Monitoring HSE compliance during offshore construction and commissioning activities.
• Conducting safety inspections, audits, and workplace observations.
• Supporting risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Investigating incidents and near misses and recommending corrective actions.
• Advising offshore personnel and management on HSE procedures and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HSE Advisor or in a similar offshore safety role.
• Relevant offshore wind, marine, or construction experience.
• Valid HSE qualifications and safety certifications.
• Good knowledge of risk assessments, incident reporting, and HSE management systems.
• Valid offshore safety certifications.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
