Ocean Vantage is currently seeking experienced offshore personnel to join upcoming drilling operations onboard a drillship. We are looking for motivated, safety-focused candidates with relevant offshore experience, preferably on drillships.

Successful candidates will work in a dynamic offshore environment and must demonstrate strong teamwork, discipline, and compliance with HSE standards.

Open Positions

Deck / Rig Operations

• Roustabout
• Floorman
• Assistant Derrickman
• Bosun
• Able Bodied Seaman (AB)

Engine / Technical

• Rig Electrician
• Motorman

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Drillship experience (highly preferred)
• Relevant offshore or drilling background
• Ability to work safely in a high-risk offshore environment
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence

General Requirements

• Valid offshore certificates relevant to the position
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Passport and applicable seafarer documentation
• Physically fit for offshore work
• Team player with good work ethic
