Depending on the assigned position, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform duties according to the assigned position and rig operating procedures
• Support safe and efficient operation of the 750 HP drilling rig
• Supervise drilling, maintenance, technical, and support personnel where applicable
• Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot drilling and auxiliary equipment
• Perform planned and corrective maintenance activities
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational readiness
• Follow SHE policies, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work procedures
• Participate in emergency drills, safety meetings, and training
• Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, and administrative records
• Work effectively within a professional rig crew and multidisciplinary team
• Proven experience in the relevant position
• Previous drilling rig / oil & gas experience preferred
• Valid certification and qualifications appropriate to the position
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid Passport and relevant employment documentation
• Strong knowledge of SHE requirements and safe working practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically and medically fit for rig operations
• Ability to work a 28 days ON / 14 days OFF roster
• All certificates must be valid and up to date

• Proven management experience in drilling or oilfield operations
• Strong operational, leadership, and planning skills
SHE Manager
• Relevant SHE / HSE qualification
• Proven management experience in drilling or oil & gas operations
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and risk assessment
Rig Performance Engineer
• Relevant Engineering Degree / Diploma
• Experience in drilling performance, optimization, and rig operations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
Maintenance Supervisor
• Relevant mechanical / electrical / technical qualification
• Proven maintenance supervisory experience on drilling rigs
• Strong preventive and corrective maintenance knowledge
Rig Superintendent
• Extensive drilling rig supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of rig operations, equipment, and crew management

• Previous Derrickman experience

Mud Boy
• Previous mud system / drilling fluid experience preferred
• Knowledge of drilling fluid systems and mud-handling equipment

• Ability to perform material handling, cleaning, and general rig support duties
SHE Officer
• Relevant SHE / HSE qualification

Top Drive Specialist
• Proven experience with top drive systems
• Relevant mechanical / electrical / technical qualifications
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Senior Rig Mechanic
• Extensive mechanical maintenance experience on drilling rigs
• Strong knowledge of rig machinery, hydraulics, and diesel equipment
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
Rig Mechanic
• Relevant mechanical qualification

• Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Senior Electrician

• Extensive industrial / drilling rig electrical experience

Motorman

• Strong knowledge of fabrication and repair work
Warehouseman
• Previous warehouse, materials, or oilfield logistics experience

Rig Clerk
• Previous administrative experience in drilling or oilfield operations preferred

Access Control

Room Boy
• Previous housekeeping / accommodation experience preferred
