Job Responsibilities
- Perform drilling operations according to assigned position
- Operate, monitor, and maintain drilling equipment and machinery
- Support safe rig floor operations and lifting activities
- Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and international offshore safety regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork throughout drilling operations
Requirements
General Requirements
- Previous offshore drilling rig experience in the applied position
- Valid offshore safety certification package (BOSIET/FOET or equivalent, if required)
- Valid passport and offshore medical certificate
- Good English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations and safety procedures
- Excellent teamwork and safety awareness
- Physically and medically fit for offshore work
Position-Specific Requirements
- Appropriate industry certifications and competencies for the applied position
- Previous experience on offshore drilling rigs preferred
- Mechanical and electrical personnel should possess relevant technical qualifications
- Supervisory positions require proven leadership experience in the same rank
