Job Description:
Minh Viet is seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our onshore and offshore teams in Vietnam. The company is involved in offshore operations and maintenance (O&M) projects, and candidates will work on challenging, dynamic projects that require technical expertise, professionalism, and adherence to safety standards. Offshore candidates may be required to work in shifts and participate in extended rotations.

Requirements & Priorities:
• Hands-on experience in similar offshore operations and maintenance roles.
• Experience in GL 1/2/3, RUYA, or comparable offshore projects is preferred.
• Strong discipline, professionalism, and safety awareness.
• Willingness to work offshore and in rotational shifts.
• Medical fitness for offshore work.
• Proficiency in basic English communication.
