Big E Drilling is hiring experienced drilling personnel for land-based oil & gas drilling operations across South Texas, East Texas, and South Louisiana. The company is seeking motivated professionals to join its field teams on long-term drilling projects. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
- Perform drilling and rig floor operations in accordance with safety procedures.
- Operate, inspect, and maintain drilling equipment and machinery.
- Assist with rig-up, rig-down, and routine maintenance activities.
- Follow company HSE policies and industry regulations.
- Work effectively as part of the drilling crew to ensure efficient rig operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the applied drilling position is preferred.
- Valid safety certifications required by company policy.
- Medical fitness certificate.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
