Job Description:
We are urgently hiring qualified professionals for offshore drilling operations with leading international oil & gas companies. The project involves high-profile offshore campaigns, including HPHT exploration wells, requiring highly experienced personnel with proven track records in drilling, HSE, and materials management.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Leading and supervising offshore drilling campaigns (HPHT exploration wells)
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards (HSE management)
• Supervising rig operations, personnel, and equipment
• Managing materials, logistics, and procurement for drilling projects
• Coordinating with operating companies to deliver safe and efficient results
Requirements:
• Sr. Drilling Engineer – Minimum 15 years’ drilling experience, including 10 years as Sr. DE/DSV offshore; HPHT well experience; minimum 5 years with an oil & gas operating company
• Drilling Engineer – 10+ years’ drilling experience, including at least 5 years as (Sr.) DSV in offshore drilling
• Drilling Supervisor (Day Shift) – 25+ years’ oil & gas experience; 10+ years as Sr. DSV in offshore campaigns; proven HPHT well experience
• Drilling Supervisor (Night Shift) – 20+ years in drilling; 10+ years as Offshore Drilling Supervisor or Toolpusher; HPHT experience
• HSE Engineer – 10+ years’ HSE experience in drilling; minimum 3 years in offshore drilling (jack-up rigs)
• HSE Supervisor – 15+ years’ HSE experience; minimum 5 years in offshore drilling (jack-up rigs)
• HSE Specialist – 20+ years in oil & gas HSE; at least 15 years offshore drilling HSE; NEBOSH or equivalent certification; native English speakers preferred
• Materials Engineer – 8+ years’ experience in materials management; minimum 3 years offshore drilling (procurement, logistics, inventory control of drilling equipment)
