Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Ensuring all operational activities under your supervision comply with strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
· Supervising and coordinating the crew and daily drilling/rig operations on your shift to achieve operational targets.
· Operating and monitoring drilling equipment, performing maintenance, and reporting any technical issues or malfunctions.
· Training and mentoring junior crew members on safe work practices and operational procedures.
· Maintaining accurate logs, reports, and documentation related to drilling progress, equipment, and crew activities.

Requirements:
· Valid STCW certificates (for applicable maritime/seafaring positions).
· Valid medical fitness certificate suitable for offshore work.
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).
· Prior experience in Kuwait or the Middle East region is highly preferred.
· Minimum years of industry experience and minimum years in the specific position as listed per role (e.g., 7+ years industry / 2+ years as Driller).
