Job Description:
Team Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Offshore Drilling Personnel for upcoming projects in the North Sea.

The company is recruiting qualified offshore professionals to join drilling operations across various positions within the deck, drilling, electrical, and mechanical departments. Successful candidates will work onboard offshore drilling units, supporting safe and efficient drilling operations while maintaining high standards of safety, equipment reliability, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Support daily offshore drilling operations in accordance with company procedures.
Assist with equipment handling, maintenance, and operational activities on the rig floor and deck areas.
Monitor and maintain drilling equipment and systems.
Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities where required.
Follow all HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems, and offshore safety regulations.

Requirements:
Valid offshore certificates
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous offshore drilling experience required
Experience working on offshore drilling rigs or similar units preferred
Ability to work safely in a multicultural offshore environment
