Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating, maintaining, and assisting in vessel or rig operations safely and efficiently
• Supporting cargo handling, painting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Assisting drilling operations on the rig floor and handling tubular equipment
• Promoting safety culture and adhering to company operational standards
• Attending and participating in all required safety and operational meetings
Requirements:
Radio Operator:
• High School Diploma / equivalent craft certificate
• Valid medical and vaccination certificates
• Military discharge preferred (U.S.)
• Trade school or university graduate preferred
Translator:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster respectful and transparent workplace dialogue
• Active participation in safety and operational meetings
Able-Bodied Seaman (AB):
• Experience in cargo handling, maintenance, painting, and cleaning
• Knowledge of firefighting, lifesaving, safety, and watertight integrity inspections
• Valid STCW certificates
Floorhand:
• Experience handling drilling tools, tubulars, risers, and rig systems
• Ability to assist Driller in all rig floor operations
• Strong understanding of safety practices
Welder:
• High School Diploma / equivalent craft certificate
• Valid medical and vaccination certificates
• Trade school/university graduate preferred
• For Norway: Welder coding according to NS-EN ISO 9606-1:2013 and compliance with Havtil regulations
Roustabout:
• Ability to work in a team, promote safety and respectful workplace environment
• Participate in operational meetings and performance appraisals
• Support general rig activities and manual labor tasks
