Job Description:
We are currently hiring a full workforce team for an onshore drilling and construction project. The scope of work includes drilling operations, civil works, steel fixing, equipment operation, transportation, and pipe installation. Personnel will be working on-site in demanding conditions, operating heavy machinery and supporting various stages of the drilling project. All candidates must adhere to strict safety regulations and follow project management guidelines.

• Carpenter / Mason – 20
• Drilling Helpers – 5
• Drilling Operators – 3
• Steelman – 10
• Backhoe Operators – 15
• Dump Truck Drivers – 15
• Painters – 4
• Scaffolders – 4
• Pipe Welders – 3
• Pipe Fitters – 3
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Execute drilling, construction, and site support activities as assigned
• Operate machinery such as backhoes and dump trucks safely
• Assist in material handling, loading, and unloading operations
• Perform welding, pipe fitting, scaffolding, and structural tasks where applicable
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and site procedures
Requirements:
• Relevant experience according to position (e.g. operator, welder, driver, etc.)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum of 2–5 years experience in a similar role
